Applications
The HTM 02-01 stipulates oil content should be tested for all new medical/surgical compressed air plants before use and on a quarterly basis for existing plants*. Also it is recommended that the use of polytest tubes are used as a general test for contamination of pipelines**.
In order to do this Bedfont has the Medi-Gas Qube for testing oil content and impurities in both O2 and Air. Using a specifically designed sampling system and extremely accurate Oil Impactor, this test can be completed in just 5 minutes.
